Privacy

This page explains the information Galactus uses when you visit galactus.dev or send us a project enquiry. It was last updated on July 31, 2026.

Project enquiries

When you submit a project brief, we receive the details you provide, including your name, email address, budget, timeline, and message. We use that information to reply, evaluate the requested work, and take steps toward a possible engagement.

Enquiries are emailed through Resend and stored as encrypted JSON in Vercel Blob. Galactus keeps them only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain business records, and resolve disputes.

Analytics and advertising

In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, optional analytics and advertising storage is denied until you choose to accept it. If accepted, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and PostHog can use cookies and campaign identifiers to measure how people find and use the site and whether an enquiry later becomes a qualified or signed project. PostHog may also record a masked replay of page interactions; form input contents are masked and internal lead-management pages are excluded.

If you reject optional cookies, Galactus does not save Google click identifiers or campaign attribution with your enquiry. Google tags may receive limited, cookieless consent and measurement signals through Google Consent Mode, but optional advertising and analytics cookies are not written.

Your choices

You can accept or reject optional cookies from the banner and change that choice later with the Privacy choices button. Your selection is stored in a first-party cookie for up to one year.

Service providers and transfers

Galactus uses service providers including Vercel, Resend, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and PostHog. These providers process data under their own contractual and security safeguards and may process it outside your country.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your enquiry, or withdraw consent for optional analytics and advertising. Email [email protected].
